We produced the patterns for this aluminium sculpture commissioned for the Basel Art Fair.
The sculpture is based on the division of the cube in to 6 tetrahedra. Two types are required, one the mirror image of the other and in all 112 tetrahedra were used. It is interesting to note that regular tetrahedra do not tessellate.
