A kinetic sculpture located in Victoria London.

 

The sculpture is hydraulically powered and mounted on a slewing ring below ground. This enables it to constantly rotate backwards and forwards casting a plane of light at night time. The skin is intentionally distorted by welding thin sheet material over a structural frame.
