This sculpture was made for the opening show at the new Turner Contemporary Gallery in Margate, Kent.

The piece is a development of the form first used in Fraction for Magdelene College. In this instance the harmoinc interval of the major third is represented (5:4 pitch ratio).

The line is defined by an equation developed by Structure Workshop.

The sculpture is bronze and 2.25m high. It was rapid prototyped in ABS plastic before being moulded in parts and cast using the lost wax process.
